Paid Volunteer Time

Franklin offers its employees the option to volunteer on paid company time. Only 16 percent of midsized businesses offer such a benefit, and we are proud to be among that group.

Charitable Giving - Matching Funds

Franklin believes in giving back to the community, and so do our employees. Franklin is among the 25 percent of midsized companies that match charitable donations made by its employees. 

Annual Giving Campaign

Franklin holds an annual giving campaign for United Way and two other featured charitable organizations. Contributions can be made through payroll deductions spread over each paycheck throughout the year. The company matches at rates from $1.00 per dollar up to $1.50 per dollar depending on which organization you choose. United Way gifts can be directed to a variety of participating organizations.

Ethics and Community Service 

Franklin is a proud recipient of the Torch Award for Corporate Ethics from the Better Business Bureau and of the Community Service Award from the Medical Mutual Insurance company.
